Falco/Sinton/Wilson celebrate debut album “Adumbrations”!

Reedist Josh Sinton (Ideal Bread, Darcy James Argue’s Secret Soceity, pianist Jed Wilson (Heather Masse, Dominique Eade) and drummer Tony Falco (Tisziji Munoz) share a deep friendship dating back to their student days at the New England Conservatory in the early aughts. In the midst of the chaos and sadness of 2021’s Covid-19 pandemic, they decided to come together and play as a trio for the first time. They recorded the results and their debut album “Adumbrations” is the result. It’s an album of lyrical beauty and mysterious spaces. Sinton’s vocal cries on the baritone saxophone are buoyed by Wilson’s strong, gentle pianistic touch and all is complimented and sustained by Falco’s grounded, propulsive drumming. The evening promises to be one filled with surprise as the trio ventures into the unknown!
