SAVE MAINE STAGES Fundraising Weekend: Night One - Film Premier
Friday - November, 20 @ 8:00pm
In response to the devastating financial impact the current global health crisis continues to have across the live music industry and on local music venues, the Maine Music Alliance (MEMA) is proud to announce the SAVE MAINE STAGES fundraising weekend on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21.
SAVE MAINE STAGES is a film premier that will feature songs and words from the Ghost of Paul Revere, Lady Lamb, The Mallett Brothers Band, Weakened Friends, Rustic Overtones, Bell Systems, Kenya Hall, Oshima Brothers and many other musicians who have felt the enormous negative impact of having Portland’s music venues still dark after being the first businesses to close in March. While the film premier will be free, Maine Music Alliance (MEMA) will be soliciting donations throughout the night in order to benefit the most vulnerable local venues. The film premier will be livestreamed off multiple venue platforms (including Blue!).

We are a DONATION BASED venue. Please show your support to the musicians by donating to the basket by the stage. Because we don’t charge a cover and 100% of your donations go to the musicians we respectfully ask that each person make a ONE PURCHASE MINIMUM of food/beverage to help support the room. All seats are first come, first served (feel free to share a table). We do not take reservations.
